After a brief discussion with Abdul explaining the details of the light fitting we wanted installing, I already felt confident that I was dealing with a service orientated professional. The following morning we had a quote which I accepted. We discussed some available days for the job. It turned out that there was an opening the following day. Fantastic customer service After being ghosted by 3 other electricians, I rang Abdul on Saturday, Monday morning he turned up to look at the job, by Friday completed. I can’t recommend Abdul and his team highly enough! They were personable, quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Noticed a burnt plastic smell in our kitchen which some searching, discovered it was coming from our fuse box. Got in touch with Abdul and he was able to come in next day to have a look and determine the issue. Was able to fix it very quickly and pass off some very helpful info/suggestions.
